Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    8 slices toast
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. powdered milk
Preparation
    Grease a long baking dish with margarine.
    Drain pineapple in dish.
    Mix flour, sugar, eggs and powdered milk with pineapple juice until smooth.
    Cut toast into cubes.
    Melt margarine in a large skillet.
    Toss toast in margarine until coated.
    Put buttered cubes over pineapple that has been covered with the juice mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve warm.
