Cheese-Beer Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 oz. natural Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 clove garlic
    12 oz. beer
    1 loaf French bread, cubed
    dash of red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Toss flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Cut garlic in half and rub around fondue pot.
    Heat beer in pot over low heat.
    At high heat, add cheese, one cup at a time, stirring after each addition, until cheese is blended.
    Stir in red pepper sauce.
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
    Eat by spearing a cube with a fondue fork and dipping in the sauce.
    Serves 4.
