Magic Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put ingredients in bowl; beat with spoon until slightly bubbly.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Fill well-greased metal or Pyrex custard cups or muffin tins (Teflon without greasing) about 2/3 full.
    Place in cold oven; set oven at 425\u00b0.
    Do not peek for 1/2 hour.
    Makes 4 huge popovers in large Pyrex custard cups or about 12 small ones.
