Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1 c. water
Preparation
    With a fork mix first 4 ingredients.
    In separate dish heat remaining ingredients. Combine 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until well blended.
    Then with hands, mold dough into a ball. Chill at least 15 minutes before using.
    Makes four one crust 9-inch pies, or two double crusts.
    Can be frozen until ready to use in pie size portions.
