Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can bouillon soup
    1 can consomme soup
    1 small onion, diced
    pepper (no salt; soup is already salty)
    3/4 stick margarine/butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
