Citrus-Tea Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
1 tea bag
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
3 c. ginger ale, chilled
orange and lemon slices (optional)
lemon rind strips (optional)
mint leaves (optional)
Preparation

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; add tea bag. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag. Add fruit juices and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Chill.
Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
Add orange and lemon slices and lemon rind strips and mint, if desired.
Yield: 2 quarts.
