Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    5 slices bread, cubed (remove the brown edge)
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    Into a greased baking dish (8 1/2 x 11-inch), layer the bread, sausage and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over these ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Put in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
