Rua'S "Better" Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. Pancetta (Italian cured bacon), chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 red pepper, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    12 oz. heavy cream
    4 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. Italian parsley
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    fresh pepper
    1 lb. pasta
    black pepper
Preparation
    Saute Pancetta in olive oil for 3 minutes.
    Add peppers and onions, saute until onions begin to brown.
    Add cream, nutmeg, 1/2 parsley and twist of pepper.
    Bring cream to simmer and stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
    Cook pasta so that it is ready when sauce is finished.
    The sauce will not hold well, move quickly.
