Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add flour, potato chips and vanilla; beat well.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
    Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire racks.
