Mom'S Jiffy Feather Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Do not beat or mix until all ingredients are together.
Begin by breaking egg into mixing bowl.
Add other ingredients in order given.
Beat with mixer until well blended.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Frost with Minute Fudge Frosting.
Double for a large cake.
