Three-Cheese Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (12 oz.) jumbo pasta shells
3 c. (24 oz.) ricotta cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. dried basil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 jars (one 28 oz., one 14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided
Preparation

Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a bowl, combine next 10 ingredients. Divide the small jar of sauce between two ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes.
