Thai Fried Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Oriental noodles
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chicken, beef, pork or shrimp, cut in small pieces
    1/2 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. fish sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce (Japanese)
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook noodles as instructed on package and drain.
    In a saucepan, cook meat in oil until almost done.
    Stir in the onion and pepper and cook until tender.
    Add Accent, salt, pepper, sugar and fish oil.
    Add water a
    little at a time.
    Stir in the cooked noodles and soy sauce.
    Serve while hot.
