Peanut Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) bag Hershey's Kisses
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. In large bowl, beat shortening and peanut butter until well blended.
    Add 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla.
    Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to peanut butter mixture.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
