My Favorite Reuben(Sandwich) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced cooked corned beef or pastrami
    4 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
    1/4 c. creamy Russian dressing
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    4 slices (rectangular) Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Arrange meat on bread; top with dressing.
    Add sauerkraut and heat in conventional oven, toaster oven or microwave oven (length of time will depend upon oven).
    Remove from oven; top each slice with cheese.
    Heat in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Yield: 4 open face sandwiches.
