Banana Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. half and half plus 2 c. milk
    1 large can evaporated milk (Pet)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 or 5 overripe bananas, mashed
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add to your freezer.
    Be sure beaters and freezer are very cold.
    Use layers of ice, salt and 1 cup water.
    I use a whole box of table salt.
    After freezer stops, let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
    Very good!
