Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chocolate graham crust
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3 to 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips or squares
    1 Tbsp. hot brewed coffee
Preparation
    Cream the peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add cream to peanut butter mixture and blend. Spoon into crust and place in freezer until set (30 to 40 minutes).
    Heat chocolate and coffee in microwave and spread on top of pie.
    Return to freezer, uncovered, until set (15 minutes).
