Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmons
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix persimmons, sugar and eggs together first.
    Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together; add alternating with milk.
    Mix in the butter last.
    This rises high and falls when cool.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
