Ham And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    2 slices Swiss cheese or 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. Hormel ham
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Get pie shell. Layer each ingredient in the order as it is written. Get a medium bowl. Beat eggs, milk and add a little salt and pepper to season. Pour mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle sharp Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until edge of pie crust is brown.
