Two Minute Microwave Velvet Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnut pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Grease an 8-inch square pan.
    Microwave chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, uncovered, in a 2-quart bowl on High for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts until well blended.
    Pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Chill until firm, about 1 1/2 hours. Cut into squares.
