Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender in a small amount of boiling salted water; drain.
    Season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon margarine.
    Stir in chicken soup, sour cream and pimiento.
    Combine 1/2 cup margarine and stuffing mix, stirring until well blended.
