Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Work shortening into flour; add buttermilk and yeast.
    Stir well; roll out and cut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown.
