Ingredients

2/3 c. raw rice
1/2 orange rind, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly and bake, uncovered, with 3 to 4 hour dinner.
Serve over sliced oranges.
Raisins and cinnamon may be used instead of orange rind, if desired.
