Candyrok - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    flavoring (1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. peppermint, 1/2 tsp. almond, few drops oil of cinnamon)
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients over low heat until dissolved. Cook without stirring over quick heat to the hard-crack stage of 310\u00b0. Remove from heat and add food coloring, any color. Pour into a greased cookie sheet or shallow pan. When cool, break into pieces.
