Potato Cheese Hurry Up(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheese soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix soup, onions, dill weed and pepper in quiche dish.
Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on High 10 to 13 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Stir after 5 minutes.
Stir and sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
