Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 basket sweet peppers
    1/3 basket hot peppers
    1/3 basket onions
    5 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half; slice halves in small strips.
    Do not remove all of the seeds from the hot peppers.
    Slice onions.
    Put all ingredients into large container.
    Bring to a boil.
    If you need more liquid, add more vinegar and sugar.
    Put into hot jars and seal as soon as mixture comes to a boil.
    This is a good relish to put on sandwiches.
