Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless chicken breast per serving
    onion
    red bell pepper
    yellow bell pepper
    sliced water chestnuts
    salt
    pepper
    teriyaki sauce (lite)
Preparation
    Place one boneless chicken breast on a square piece of aluminum foil.
    On top, place slices of onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and sliced water chestnuts.
    Pile it on because it will shrink as it cooks.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and seal the aluminum foil.
    Place on preheated grill.
    Cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with white rice.
