Oysters Masca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 doz. oysters and liquid
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. oregano
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Saute
onion and garlic in butter; add seasonings.
Add oysters;
add liquid and seasoned bread crumbs.
Put in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
