Stuffed Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. diced lean cooked ham
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded low-fat Swiss cheese
    8 tomato slices
Preparation
    Cut pita bread in half. Seal in aluminum foil and heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and keep warm.
    Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add onion and green pepper; saute until vegetables are tender. Stir in ham and cook until thoroughly heated. Add eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set.
    Stir in shredded Swiss cheese; remove from heat.
    Place 2 tomato slices inside each pita half. Fill with 1/4 cup egg mixture.
