Spanish Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 lb. sausage links, halved
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. frozen peas or corn
    1 1/3 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. small green olives
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown sausage and chicken, stirring often.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, plus 1 cup of water. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Season to taste with pepper.
    Serves 4.
