A Simple Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium zucchini, cut up
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place zucchini, garlic powder, basil and pepper in a large pan and parboil for about 5 minutes, then drain well.
Mix together in a separate bowl Monterey Jack, Cheddar and sour cream.
Add to zucchini, then pour into 2 to 3-quart casserole.
Mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan, then sprinkle over top and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
