Baked Bluefish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small fillets
    1/4 c. butter plus 1 Tbsp. garlic
    seasoned bread crumbs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. white wine (optional)
    black pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Garlic and wine take away the strong fish taste.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in shallow baking dish.
    Place fillets sprinkled with chopped garlic, parsley, pepper and lemon juice.
    Cover with seasoned bread crumbs and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over it. Wine may be added before crumbs, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
