Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 medium or large mushrooms
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
little bit of garlic powder
4 Italian sausage
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook sausage in saucepan for about 30 minutes.
Put it through a blender, chopping it fine.
Add cheese, onions, bread crumbs, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Mix well.
Wash mushrooms, break off stems and chop stems to add to mixture.
Fill mushrooms and place in a baking dish with a little water.
Cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
