My Sister Marilyn'S Sauerkraut Balls(Tastes Like Eggrolls.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz Pork Sausage, Crumbled
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 - 14 oz. Sauerkraut - Bavarian style-Drain & Snip/Chop
    2 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs
    1 - 3 oz cream cheese
    2 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1 tsp. mustard
    Garlic salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 cup flour
    Bread Crumbs
Preparation
    Cook sausage & onion; add snipped sauerkraut & crumbs.
    Mix the ingredients listed from cream cheese to pepper & then in with meat/kraut.
    Set in fridge to harden, then shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
    In a small bowl, mix the eggs and milk.
    Roll balls in flour, egg mixture & crumbs & deep fry until crisp. Bake at 375 - 15-20 minutes.
    Can be frozen before baking.
