Quick Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules or 1 cube
8 small new potatoes
1/2 tsp. onion powder or chopped onion as desired
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt or 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Preparation

Heat olive oil in Dutch oven.
Place chicken in oil and brown. Mix water and bouillon and pour over chicken.
Add potatoes, placing around chicken.
Sprinkle onion, garlic and lemon pepper over chicken and potatoes.
Cover and bring to a light boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings; 5 grams fat each.
