Microwave Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers with seed
    1 c. bell peppers (green), seeded
    2 1/4 c. white vinegar
    9 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 (2 pouches) box Certo
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Grind peppers in food processor.
    Mix in with sugar and vinegar in an 8-cup measure.
    Microwave on High until mixture boils (about 10 to 12 minutes).
    Stir.
    Microwave on 2/3 power (or Medium) for 5 minutes.
    Remove and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Microwave on High until mixture comes to a boil (about 5 minutes).
    Remove and add enough green food coloring to make a pretty green.
    Pour in sterilized jelly jars.
    Seal with lids and rings or paraffin.
    Cool completely before storing.
    Makes 6 to 8 jelly jars.
