Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onion in butter in saucepan until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer. Use for beef, chicken or pork.
