Whipped Cream Frosting(Not Too Sweet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk or half and half
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk or half and half and flour in a shaker.
    Shake until smooth.
    Pour into small saucepan.
    Stir on medium heat until thick.
    Lay a piece of wax paper on top to prevent skin from forming.
    Let cool.
