Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 c. broccoli
    1 c. snow peas
    1 carrot, sliced thin
    1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
    4 green onions, sliced thin
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients with water.
    Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat.
    Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables and golden onion recipe soup mixture. Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until thickened.
    Serve over hot rice.
