Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie shell
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
dash of cayenne
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation

Chill pastry shell.
Chop shrimp (cut in half).
Toss cheese with the flour and set aside.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Spread 3/4 cheese mixture in bottom of pie shell.
Next, layer in shrimp and cover with rest of cheese.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes or until set.
Let set 10 minutes and then cut and enjoy.
