Cookies And Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pkg. double stuff Oreos or 15 oz. box precrushed Oreos
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    3 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In one bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter. Mix by hand or by mixer.
    (Recommended by mixer.)
    In another large bowl, combine vanilla pudding and milk.
    In larger bowl, combine ingredients from both bowls.
    Using mixer, fold in Cool Whip. Layer 9 x 13-inch pan with half of crushed Oreos.
    Pour in pudding mixture.
    Top with rest of Oreos.
    Place in refrigerator.
    Let set for 3 to 4 hours.
