Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend with flour.
    Add milk, water and salt. Cook until thickened.
    Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg yolks. Add salmon.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour in buttered baking dish.
    Place in pan of hot water and bake (350\u00b0) for 45 to 50 minutes.
