Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    6 carrots, chopped
    paprika (enough to color)
Preparation
    Brown chicken and onion in butter.
    In a large pot, add celery, carrots, paprika, browned chicken and onion.
    Cover with water.
    Cook until done.
    Keep at a boil.
    Add dumplings.
