Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    3 boxes Dream Whip
    angel food cake
    coconut, flaked
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in a little cold water; pour in boiling water. Put all other ingredients (except 1 box of Dream Whip, angel food cake, coconut and cherries).
    Line a 4-quart bowl with foil or waxed paper.
    Remove brown crust from cake; break in small pieces. Alternate cake with filling mixture.
    Place in refrigerator overnight or several hours.
    Turn out on plate; frost with 1 package of Dream Whip and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
    Cover with coconut and cherries on top.
    Keep refrigerated.
