Making Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Masaca (instant)
    1 1/8 c. tap water
Preparation
    Mix until dough forms a firm ball. Make 16 small balls. Place each ball between two sheets of waxed paper. Roll out, then peel off the waxed paper. Cook at 440\u00b0 to 480\u00b0 in a skillet or griddle for 15 to 30 seconds. Turn over; cook 15 to 30 seconds, then eat.
