Pumpkin Cake(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    2 c. crushed pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in pumpkin, oil and eggs.
    Beat until all is blended together well.
    Then add 3/4 cup crushed English walnuts; blend well.
    Don't grease or flour 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
