Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion, browned in butter
    10 oz. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 stick margarine (melted for onion)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in greased baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
