Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard.
Mix well and pour over cooked vegetables.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cook in microwave, uncovered, one minute to heat topping and melt cheese. Use as a topping on cooked vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli or squash.
Yield: 1 cup.
