Peppermint Topped Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. (5 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    6 drops green food coloring
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. coarsely crushed
    peppermint stick candy
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; butter the foil.
    In medium saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons butter, milk, sugar and salt. Cook over medium heat until boils.
    Boil 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove and stir in marshmallows.
    Pour in foil.
    Mix rest of ingredients and spread on fudge.
