Chocolate Peppermint Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
    2 eggs
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1/8 tsp. peppermint
    dash of salt
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Heat brown sugar, butter and water.
    Add morsels and stir to melt.
    Beat in eggs.
    Stir in flour and mix well.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto cookie sheet lined with greased, super-strength Alcoa wrap (aluminum).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes and cool. Makes 8 dozen sandwiches.
