Popcorn Caramel Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. popped popcorn
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large greased bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches soft crack stage (280\u00b0 to 290\u00b0).
    Remove from the heat.
    Stir in cinnamon.
